The first cohort of Restaurant MBA — Thailand's first business-school-style program built specifically for F&B founders and operators — closed earlier this year. Applications for the second cohort are now open, with an expanded curriculum that reflects what the first cohort told us they needed more of.
What's in the second cohort
The core spine of the program stays the same: financial literacy for operators, brand strategy for F&B businesses, leadership and team scaling, and the operations modules that separate restaurants that grow from restaurants that don't.
New modules added for Cohort 2:
- Multi-brand strategy — for operators running or planning to run a portfolio of concepts
- Operations at scale — what changes when you go from one location to five or fifteen
- Franchise readiness — assessing whether your concept is franchisable and what it takes to get there
- Capital and partnership structuring — for founders raising or selling equity
Who it's for
Restaurant Business Academy is the entry point. Restaurant MBA is the next step — a serious, long-form commitment for founders and senior operators who are scaling or planning to. The cohort cap stays small so peer relationships compound throughout the year.
How to apply
Applications open through the program's website. The cohort is selective — admissions are based on the operating context and growth stage, not headcount or revenue thresholds — and seats fill faster each cycle.
